GUYS HELP I NEED IT SO BAD

Okay so I've been sick all week and appearantly I have fluid in my middle ear and i've heard it takes anywhere from a few weeks to 9 months to drain on its own and your eardrum could burst. I'm really scared because I don't think I can handle it for more than a week and I don't want tubes in my ears!! Have any of you had this problem?!!?!?! If so please PLEASE tell me what helped you. ;A; THANKYOUUU
